Have you ever found yourself struggling to keep track of all the ideas and to-do lists and ideas that are floating around in your head? I know I do. Every day. I’ve learned over the years that journaling is a simple way to benefit from putting pen to paper, documenting what ideas and projects need my full attention, what emotions and doubts and challenges are holding me back.
